Hi! Welcome to my site! My name is Megan and I own and operate a small spaced fitness studio in Freeland, Michigan. My space isn't huge or offer any amenities, but I will give you a safe space to laugh, sweat, and move.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST CLASS
You will sweat. I keep my studio warm, yes, this is on purpose. I want your muscles to start off warm so we can get right to work. Your time is valuable and I want you to get the most out of a class. Also, an intimate setting. The class capacity is set to a 4 person max, meaning you will have more interaction with the instructor to make sure you are moving properly through movements.
WEAR
Form-fitting clothes or anything you feel comfortable in, just remember, you will be sweating. No shoes, you can either be barefoot or wear sticky socks.
Class space IS limited so registration is required, no exceptions.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BARRE
This isn’t your average barre workout. We combine Pilates, dance, and functional fitness to give you a powerful and intense barre workout.
SCULPT
Dance and yoga-inspired class designed to create long and lean muscles. I promise you won't be disappointed with this one. Lightweights (3-5 lbs.) and ankle weights are generally used. this class is going to be HOT, dress accordingly and HYDRATE. There will be sweat. Temp is generally 80-85, this is on purpose.
PILATES
Consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance movements. Pilates is a mind-body exercise that challenges your core while sculpting longer and leaner muscles.​

YO
Experience a modern twist on deep stretching in a non-stop, action-packed class that will take your strength, balance, and flexibility to the next level. Simple, consistent choreography and a casual setting YO easy to follow and a total blast. Adaptable to all levels, YO will quickly become the stretch class you can't live without!

SCOUNCE
A combination of a rebounder (mini-trampoline) and SCULPT. This is a HIGH energy low impact
You won't be disappointed with this workout. Unsure about being on the rebounder, do not worry. This class can be modified to use a slower pace or the barre attached to the wall.
